To add fancy header images to the top of this page (I put two in there for examples), you will need to create a blog post like this one and put the special image in the ‘Featured Image’ at the bottom right of the Edit Post page. Next you will need to Click ‘Edit’ next to ‘Visibility: Public’ and select the ‘Stick this post to the front page’ option.
The ‘Featured Image’ does not show up on the actual blog post, but you can still add images to the actual post by clicking ‘Add Media’ at the top left of the Edit Post page.
